June...

We have had a very busy month of June, as I'm assuming most of you reading this have as well!  We started out the week after Memorial Day taking a family trip to Lancaster and then to visit my brother Sam and his wife Anne down in Maryland.  We had a blast with them all weekend and the boys have been begging to go back ever since!

The rest of the month we have basically been here, but not here at the same time - know what I mean?  We have been trying to pack in our non-school days with extra field trips, art classes, and days at the park or pool.  It's been really fun and the boys are loving all the extra free time, and I have been loving all the extra time I have to clean out closets and declutter as much as possible.

The boys have swimming lessons and VBS at our church next week and then we start back with our school schedule July 1st!  So our summer is almost over...trying to be as ready as possible to add baby girl come end of September.  Our summer school schedule will still be very laid back and hopefully lots of fun, but I do need to report for Caleb this year as he is turning 8 in August, so I do need to make sure we are getting in our days!

I hope you all are enjoying your summers as well!  Here are some pictures of what we have been up to these last few weeks!
Caleb had his 3rd annual piano recital a few weeks ago and played his pieces by memory for the first time!
Here are the boys at our Lancaster hotel looking out at some ducklings...it was so peaceful!
Baltimore Aquarium -so fun! The boys loved the dolphin show so much we went to it 2x in one afternoon:)
All my boys (see Micah on the drums?!) LOVED jamming at Uncle Sam's - Mitch spent quite a bit of time down there as well!
On Saturday afternoon we went to a Baltimore Oriole's game, the boys first major league game!
Micah even managed to make it through most of the game...although I'm not sure there was a single inning he was not eating something!
Noah is playing soccer this summer again up in Quakertown and having a blast!
Homeschool field day - jump Caleb!
Field day again - faster Noah!
We picked just enough strawberries to have homemade strawberry icecream with strawberries and waffles for dinner...yum!
My mom came with us to the America on Wheels Museum in Allentown - it was really fun and just the right size for the boys.
Me and my boys at the museum!
Mitch helped coach Caleb's first year of Pennridge Little League - go Lugnuts!
Philly Zoo - feeding the birds...Noah got 2 at once!
More feeding...I was afraid Micah wouldn't like it, but he loved it!
My mom and the boys at the zoo!
