Fall Fun!

I can and I can't believe that tomorrow is November 1st! In some ways it feels like fall is just flying by, but at the same time - when I think that we still have 40 more days (from tomorrow!) to meet our next little family member - that feels like time is moving by ever so slowly! I definitely feel like I am starting to get tired a lot faster than I used to so we haven't been doing quite as much as normal, but we've been trying to keep up with some fall events when we can...here are some pictures to show you what we've been up to!
Hayride, pumpkin picking and corn maze at Freddy Hill!
Checking out the tractors before heading into the corn maze...which took us a long time to get out of!
 Pumpkin carving...
...the finished product!
Trick or treating day #1 with my fire chiefs!
1st stop - Great Grandma and Grandpa Hertzler (my mom's parents)
2nd stop - Tootsie (Mitch's dad's mom)
3rd stop - Mimi (Mitch's mom's mom)
4th stop - Maw and Paw (my parents)
Taking a break at home to unload, organize, recharge and redress for the afternoon out...
5th stop - Aunt Jane and Uncle Gene (my great aunt and uncle)
6th and last stop of day 1- Great Grandpa and Gigi (my dad's parents)
Getting ready to head back out for night #2 of getting candy...
First a stop by Uncle Kyle's (Mitch's brother)...
...then off to Grammy and Pop's (Mitch's parents)...
...a few more stops at family friends and our next-door neighbors and finally home for some major organizing!
I wonder how happy our dentist would be to see these pictures?! I've been trying to convince the boys that mommy needs some of their candy for the growing baby but they're not buying it! So much for the days when we could eat their stuff without them knowing it!
Happy Fall!

Love this! We were just out tonight and JJ was scared at first and then he was loving it saying, 'TRICK OR TREAT!' til the end:) he melted down when i didn't let him have a chocolate bar after he'd had a kit kat and a lollipop...oh dear! well, maybe i should let him live it up since they don't do this in Hungary:) love and miss:)

I love your halloween pictures! Are you craving any specific type of candy? Tell the boys it's for their little sister or brother-maybe they'll buy that:)
