In the middle of August, we spent a week in the Poconos with my parents in a house that was part of a resort community up near the Delaware Water Gap. We had a great time, despite some minor irritations with the resort staff (like them advertising shuffleboard on a big sign when you drive into the community and then having no staffperson know what shuffleboard actually was until someone finally directed us to the restaurant on-site where we found a gametable in the back of the room that was their "shuffleboard") and spent many late nights playing cards and hanging out!
Noah was cute because to him, "the mountains" meant the actual house we were staying in, so whenever we went anywhere else (like to the swimming pool down the street), he would always ask "when are we going back to the mountains?":) Anyway, here are a few pictures of our times there...

Another day we hiked for awhile on the Appalachian Trial right near the Water Gap. I love this picture of my parents:
The little boys managed to coax the big boys into carrying them part of the way...
Noah and Caleb in their special bathtub! We actually had an issue with the jets not turning off and had to flip the switch on the circuit breaker every time they took a bath!
One night we took my parents out for a belated 35 anniversary dinner (this was the restaurant where the "shuffleboard" was located).

Looks like you had a fabulous time!! I love the first picture of the boys kneeling down looking in the water.
The house looks beautiful. And it certainly looks like you had a lot of fun. I'm sure the boys loved having so many people to play with them! Cute pictures :)
