Beautiful Days are Back...

...and so we have been spending as much time outside as possible!  After a week of mid-90's heat and humidity, the last few days of 70's and clear skies has been awesome to say the least.  My dad had off from school on Friday and wanted to take the boys fishing, which turned out to be a great morning spent on a private pond stocked with tons of sunnies to keep the boys busy catching fish.
It was actually very tricky even between my dad and I to get the hooks baited fast enough before they would catch another fish, let alone try to get some pictures taken too!
Paw and Caleb trying some lure fishing...
Noah and Great-grandpa (who stopped by for a little while too) solving the world's problems or something just as important I'm sure...
Me and my baby...but not for long...
Every time Caleb caught a fish, he would come running over to show it to me and have me put it in his bucket for him:)  It was so funny to see him running halfway around the lake with a little fish flopping around on the end of his pole!
This was my view for about 2 hours while the boys fished with my dad...can you see how I was almost asleep on the dock after a little while of this peaceful bliss?!

Then this afternoon we took the boys kite flying for the first time with the new kites they recieved for their birthdays.  Caleb and Noah definitely had a good time flying the kites and running around with them, but I think it was just as much, if not more, fun for Mitch and I who haven't flown kites in probably 20 years!
A nice breeze carried them right up!
Get it up Caleb!
Caleb and daddy had control of the kites for awhile and backed themselves up clear across the parking lot...here they are making their way back...
So beautiful!

Hope you all are enjoying this gorgeous weather as well!
