OCNJ

It seems as though all of our vacations are piling up at the end of the summer as we just came back from Ocean City with Mitch's parents and are looking forward to heading down to OBX in a few weeks with friends, as well as a possible family Lancaster weekend mixed in the fall sometime too.  Good times!
One thing about vacations, besides the obvious "fun-ness" factor, is that they make time fly by - it's amazing to me to think that in less than 12 weeks (Dec 10th to be exact - date got changed for anyone who remembers me saying it was the 9th before), we will get to meet the little Keating in my belly! So exciting;)
Anyway, here are a bunch of pictures from our 4 day stay in OCNJ - we had such a great time and the boys are still talking about all the fun stuff we were able to do there!  Thank you to Grammy and Pop!
First things first - stopping for lunch at Mack'n'Manco before heading to the beach house!
Next stop - the beach!
Caleb loved the water this year and spent tons of time floating around on tubes and boards...
The necessary family beach picture...
Two of the nights we headed down to the boardwalk, which of course meant rides for the boys - although not very many because the tickets are now $1 a piece!  Fortunately most rides the boys wanted to go on are only 2 tickets...but still...!  Anyway, they had a great time as you can see below and that's what really matter right??!!
Caleb flying high in his helicopter...
...and Noah's first time on a mini-rollercoaster!  This is a before picture and if you could see his face during and after, you would understand why he stated immediately after the ride that "he did not want to do that ride next year or ever"!
Up high on the ferris wheel!
Pop and Caleb & Grammy and Noah:)
Group shot - Pop, Grammy, Noah, Lisa (Kyle's girlfriend), Uncle Kyle, Mitch, Caleb and me.
The boys spent lots of indoor time at this coffeetable putting puzzles and Legos together.
Out for a walk on the boards!
Buying soft pretzels and new shovels makes any boy happy!
Fortunately, my younger 2 boys are still just as happy to "play" the games without putting money in...not so much for my oldest boy:)
Surrey ride!
And last but not by any means least, Mitch and I got a morning off to head out for a nice breakfast at a restaurant on the boardwalk - I can't think of a better way to start a day!

I'm glad you are getting some vacation...it really looks fun! James rode the mini-roller coaster at Sea World and he LOVED IT! I don't know about JJ--def didn't want to this year! Potty training is virtually complete PTL! Thanks for your help and I ended up adding to it with a different 3 day follow-up...whew!!! Glad I'm not preggers doing this...and it IS GOOD to be busy before baby comes, just make sure you put your feet up when you need to mama!
