Playdate Switcharoo!

A couple months ago my friend Laura and I came up with the brilliant idea to swap kids every Friday morning to take turns running errands solo and accomplishing more in 2 hours than we usually can in a whole day with kids! Laura and her husband Rob go to Covenant with us and are one of the few families that live really close to us. Most of the families in the church live closer to Harleysville or even the opposite direction towards Schwenksville so we were really excited when we discovered how close their family was to us. Laura and Rob have 2 boys, Jake and Luke, who are almost exactly the same ages as Caleb and Noah. Caleb and Jake love playing together and are always talking about each other and when they can see each other next. Noah and Luke look almost like little twins with their fluffy hair and pacifiers, but usually miss out on playing much together yet as they both still nap quite a lot during the day. We've also gotten together several times with our whole families at each other's houses or the park and that's always been fun too! It's been such a huge blessing getting to know the Barbadoro's and we are so thankful for their friendship! The Friday switches have also been a great addition as it gives Caleb and Noah more time with church buddies and a mom the morning off! Here are some of the pictures from playdates or the park:
Getting ready to start the action...
Caleb and Jake playing in our backyard...they love just run around and chase each other!
Who can get up to the slide first?
Time for a sandbox break...
Noah and Luke sharing toys in the pack and play
Snack time!!
Noah and Luke at the park...who knew wood chips could be so interesting?!

I'll give you mine if you give me yours...
