For the second weekend in a row, I headed south without my boys...which was again both exciting and sad! This time I was also without my love, which was a bummer, but I got to fly in a plane instead of drive so that was an offsetter to some extent:) And I was going to a MOPS Convention (Mothers of Preschoolers) so Mitch would have felt totally out of place. I went with the MOPS coordinator for our church, Julia, and we had a great time. The conference was at the Gaylord Texan hotel and it was all that Texas claims to be...huge and beautiful! There were about 4,000 other MOPS there and so there was a lot of mom power going on! Seriously though the conference was very encouraging and a great reminder of the amazing privilege (NOT obligation as it may sometimes feel) that we as mothers have to raise our children. I felt challenged to be thankful for each day with my little guys and to do my best to make every moment count, but also to know that there will be days I totally fail and can only pray we make it to bedtime. A great reminder that Christ alone is our strength and we are all sinners constantly failing in the right direction...

Looks beautiful! Back to "life as normal now?" Except you have to plan that Orlando trip some time! Hugs:-)
