Today we met a bunch of my MOPS friends and their kids at the Harleysville "Duck Pond" for a morning of fishing, bike riding, swinging, and snacks! The boys loved it and I think we'll be spending quite a bit of time at this park from now on...it was so great! There was a little playground next to a small pond with tons of ducks and even more fish! Caleb was so excited to fish and he caught about 15! He barely had his rod in the water for 10 seconds before he caught the first one - talk about a great place for kids to fish! Noah had a great time too watching all the action, riding bikes, pushing baby Hannah in her stroller and eating all the food:) I think one of our next stops will have to be to Walmart to buy some little rods! (Sorry for ALL the pictures...but I really narrowed them down, believe it or not, and just thought these were too cute not to post!)
"Mommy why do fish like to eat worms?" Good question! His buddy Asher helping him take the fish off the hook to put in the bucket.
Noah didn't do any fishing, but he did get to touch one!
By the end Caleb was such a pro that he was able to pick the fish up by it's lip and throw it in the bucket all by himself!
I love this picture!Noah had enough fishing...so he decided to take little Hannah for a walk...but of course first she needed her pacifier (Noah has a pacifier addiction as well so he is always making sure that Hannah has hers)...
...and then off for a walk...he pushed her 2 times all around the whole park (with a little help of course)!
Back for snacks with Luke:)

Looks like you guys had a blast. I was looking for something to do this week. I don't get the e-mails though of MOPS activities.
Looks like such a great place! what kinds of rods were the boys using? we want to get one for dave, i've heard of ones where you can't touch that actual hook.
What a great idea! The next time we come home (who knows when that will be), we'll have to take all of the boys. Connor would love it! Cute pictures :)
