Love Being a Mommy!

There are days (very FEW of course!) that being a stay-at-home mom (or just a mom in general I'm sure) can make you wonder what in the world you were thinking when you decided to do all this. However, 99.9999% of the time I absolutely LOVE being home with my family and definitely can't seriously imagine it any other way. I am so thankful for Mitch, Caleb and Noah...they make me feel like a rose among thorns (not that they are thorns, but you know what I mean) and I love them each with all my heart. I feel especially blessed to have a husband who works so hard to train our boys in the Lord and teach them how to serve and love their neighbors. This past weekend I was the lucky recipient of this training as he took Caleb (Noah got in on half the action this year...maybe next year he'll get the full experience) out to the store to buy ingredients for a funny cake, helped him pick out beautiful flowers to bring home for me, and encouraged them both again and again to "give mommy a kiss and tell her that you love her". Thank you to all 3 of my amazing boys for loving me so sweetly!
It won't be long before I will be completely knocked over by their tackle-hugs!
Running around outside before lunch...
Love my boys!

Awe, what a sweet post. Being a mommy is one of the greatest jobs in the world, isn't it? And aren't "tackle-hugs" the best?! Your boys are so blessed to have such a wonderful and loving mommy. :)

So sweet...makes me (almost) wish I had two boys to tackle me with hugs!!! But I'm sure susie will do fine like her brother with his kisses...I really like your hair in here. Are you growing it out? It looks lighter too, or is that just me?

I also love the post with fishing! How cool! I didn't know such a place existed and it's AMAZING that Caleb caught that many fish!
