We all having been loving the new Christmas toys the boys received from everyone...the boys obviously thrilled to play with totally different things, and me 100% happy that they are happy and content to play for long periods of time by themselves! I even moved all of the toys out of the downstairs and their bedrooms and brought down some of their stored toys from the attic - so between completely new toys and toys that they've had but haven't seen in awhile - they are having a blast.
Oddly enough, the favorite toys so far (pretty obvious in the pictures below) seem to be 2 ice cream cones that my mom got for the boys at the dollar store and 2 little light up snowmen that Mitch's mom put in their stockings - you just never know what is going to be a hit! They also are both loving a new kitchen that was a special present for Noah...and soon you may see some pictures from Caleb on this blog as he is working hard to learn the art of photography on his new digital camera:) I'm excited to have a little apprentice!

And today's snow provided perfect opportunity to try out some new excavating skills...
